No refunds will be given for no-shows or early check-outs.

The apartment is for residential use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking.
Guests must respect the property, its contents, and neighbors. Any damage caused may result in charges.

6. House Rules
No smoking or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
No pets unless prior approval is obtained.
Parties or events are not allowed unless explicitly authorized.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by guests during their stay.
Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. We do not provide insurance for personal items.
